We have been with this company going on eight years and we have been extremely happy with their amazing customer service, it is the best we have ever had, we get very quick responses to every email and phone call that we make. We have given them all of our different insurance requirements and they have done a superb job at shopping to get us the best rates. They truly want to make you happy, they go above and beyond to satisfy all of your needs. We highly recommend the incredible team of professionals at Securall!

I needed to price shop condo insurance recently. Secur-All was recommended by a family member. I contacted Sandra who was generous with her time and explained everything about our present policy. Sandra then shopped around for the correct coverage with reputable companies and provided us with quotes.
Sandra took it a step further. After reviewing our other policies, Sandra advised us we were paying duplicate charges. Our previous agent didn’t answer our calls when we tried to ascertain why we were paying more than necessary.
We immediately canceled our polices and our relationship with the other agency.
In this day and age it’s difficult to find good customer service. I’m elated we found Sandra and Secur-All and I trust her with all our future insurance needs.
