Palmetto Trace Apartments

It was the most easiest thing I've ever done with renting an apartment. The office lady was great and super helpful. They give you all of the information that is needed and then some. My building is quiet and I have yet to have an issues. These people worked with me as a single mother and I am forever grateful for that! Great location, super close to everything and it's kind of hidden away but yet very close.

This is the best place to live in Manatee County! The staff is excellent from the office staff Beatrice is a doll. The maintenance staff Junior & Andy. They do an awesome job keeping this place up to par! Great job guys! Keep up the great work 👍 👏

The property is well maintained. The office team is fantastic. Especially the Assistant Director. She is helpful, thoughtful and friendly. From application to move in, the process was smooth and easy. The apartments are spacious and beautiful with ample storage space. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Great place for families. Happy to call this place home!

We have been here 9 months and this place has not been disappointing. For starters, the staff is awesome. They take care of everyone and everything. They look out for their tenants because they live here too. Brianna, Beatrice, Andy and Jr., you couldn't ask for better people to work here and take care of any question you have.
