  I went to another repair shop was told car finished needs to be replaced.
  Took it to Neo for second opinion. Was told car is in very good condition for a 2008. Needed a water pump. Sure better news than need new car.
  Justin was more than fantastic. I am giving his name and # to all my friends.

  I have been going to Neo Automotive as a customer for almost 2 years now and I would highly recommend checking them out for work that is needed on your vehicle. I have gone to quite a few shops but this one stood out among the rest. They were the first shop that didn't always try to upsell me on a service I didn't need. They have always made every visit as stress free as possible and have gone the extra mile in my favor, quite literally. I got stranded at a busy intersection on US 301 and Neo Automotive came out and got my vehicle back to the shop. They are the only ones I trust with my vehicle and if you give them the chance you will get to experience the same quality experience I have had since finding them almost 2 years ago.

  I can honestly say my visit to Neo was not only one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer on a business and professional level, but it was also far and away one of the most memorable personal experiences I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of with a company! On the business side, Justin and his team were able to take a look at my car a whole day sooner than was originally planned. They were able to diagnose and assess the issue with my car quickly and then turned around and were able to get my part the following day. I should note that I didn't drop my car off until 3:00 p.m. on a Friday, so I just assumed that they wouldn't be able to get my part until at least Monday. I thought this was too good to be true and being jaded and cynical due to past experiences with mechanics I just knew I was going to get knocked over when I heard the total. Well to my surprise and delight my out the door price was beyond reasonable and actually less than I was prepared to pay (don't tell Justin)! If you've ever dealt with mechanics and garages you know that in itself is a very rare and welcomed occurrence! Fortunately for me that was only part of my incredible experience at Neo. Without going into detail, all I have to say is that Justin helped me out in a way that many of my own friends wouldn't even do. This has nothing to do with the money side of the transaction and everything to do with the giant heart that Justin and the rest of his crew showed me. I am far from a sappy kind of guy but I must say that Justin touched my heart and has restored my faith in humanity. I will never take my car anywhere else again! I will also do everything I can to convince my friends and family that are having car issues to take their car into Neo and give them a chance to earn their business and also so they can see for themselves the way a business should be run! Needless to say if I am willing to refer my friends and family and you are on the fence or trying to decide where to take your car, you should absolutely, positively, without a doubt, 100% take your car to Neo! Lastly, I know I've thanked you repeatedly but I also wanted to thank you publicly, so thank you Justin! I truly believe if more people in this world were to treat each other with the compassion and respect that you showed me, the world would be a much better place!

  Our shifter without any notice went out while we were at an appointment. We called the first person recommended with 5 starts on google and it was neoautomotive. Justin and his crew had our truck towed and work completed quickly.
  They were quick very honest and reliable! Which is very hard to find. I highly recommend neo automotive for all your vehicle repairs

  The best mechanic in Sarasota hands down. We will never bring our car detailing vans anywhere else for maintenance and repairs. The quality of work and turn around time is unmatched. Not to mention they will literally tow your car to their shop and repair it if you break down for a very reasonable price.
