We just rented an expensive beach-front property on Leach’s Key. Much to our dismay the home was infested by rats...16 inchers, nose to tail! Fred’s prompt first visit left us with excellent, customized traps, an overview of what to expect and he spent two visits closing up possible entry points . Over the next week we got 11 which put an end to our nightmare. Once satisfied there were no more in the house, he came and placed poisoned bait stations around the property to cull the population. Excellent service and response time. Great follow-up.
