After my first meeting with Dr Ciotti and the staff I knew that these were compassionate and caring people who could help me. They were very patient in explaining the Chirothin program and answering all my questions. No change is easy, but this program is doable with our own determination and support of the Ciotti staff. After completing my first 6 weeks and meeting a goal of 20 pounds weight loss I am on the maintenance program and doing very well. It is still hard to make life long changes in my eating habits, but it helps to know Dr Ciotti and his staff are available to answer any questions. Thank you for encouraging me on my journey toward a healthier body.
