I am new to Washington and because of an unfortunate roommate situation I needed to open an account quickly to move my other money into since my thieving roommate had gotten ahold of my other bank info. There was only one personal banker available and she was booked solid. Tangie walked me through setting up an account through the website/app. When I had questions she and the young man working with her were more than happy to help me. Their patience and kindness were a Godsend during this tough situation. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!!!

The staff at this branch are amazing - super helpful, know the customers well and work proactively to meet the needs of their clients. Chase Bank is on a different level compared to the other banks in Bonney Lake.

I went in to get some papers notarized and Amber Bradshaw was amazing!!! She helped me immediately and was able to notarize my papers very quickly. She is very friendly and didn't get upset that I had 5 separate papers to do and on top of that, there was no charge!!! I also called before I went in and the person was very friendly and even though they closed in the next hour, she said come on in. I appreciate everything and everyone at this branch!!!!
