  On every visit to this location I enjoy the most comprehensive and professional service from Jodi Reese. All the service technicians are very thorough and competent. I am extremely satisfied with this location.

  Just purchased a new Reflection from Campers Inn. We had a couple issues with the unit (beyond their control) BUT they did what needed to be done to get us going, in a timely manner I might add. Great Techs: Matt, Hunter and Dave; very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Actually got to deal directly with the Tech (s). They answered all my "newbie" questions. Also Jodi in service is dynamite. Got er done!!

  My wife and I purchased our Grand Design Reflection 337RLS specifically from Campers Inn, because of the good reputation they have for service. On several occasions, in three different states, we have observed that such a reputation for support is well deserved. We had an electrical short in our trailer when closing one of our awnings. Unfortunately, we were traveling and were unable to get close to a Campers Inn for a few weeks. Nonetheless, Campers Inn of Ocala, Florida, accepted our reservation for service. A few weeks later, we showed up at the dealer, and Jodi immediately put our trailer under her care. The service tech Tom came by to hear our description of the trouble as well. We were warned that if parts were needed, we might need to wait a couple of weeks for shipment. However, a few hours later, while we were heading into a movie (we thought we'd have to kill hours of waiting!), Jodi calls us back. The problems were found and the repairs were complete. Joyfully, we headed into the movie theater (we'd already bought our tickets!)
  We have now visited three different Campers Inn, in Myrtle Beach, SC, in Ocala, FL, and our original place of purchase in Union, CT. In every instance, we have met helpful, friendly and very professional people who clearly work hard to do this service business well. We are once again grateful to run into people like Jodi and Tom here in Ocala. This has been our unfailingly positive experience when dealing with all of the Campers Inn staff.

  Getting ready to purchase our second Imagine from Campers Inn Ocala. Our salesman is Frank. He is the best! No pressure, let's you look around by yourself so you can talk and make a decision. Makes sure you get a good price! If you are in the market for a RV, go see Frank. I promise you will not be sorry you did!!

  We just purchased a 2015 Starcraft Autumn Ridge 265rls from campers inn in ocala florida. There was a problem with some soft spots on the roof. We were disappointed at first before taking delivery. They called us and said that they would install a new roof. They also discounted the camper and installed a new awning. They also gave us a gift certificate to their store. George the salesman made things right. The people that work in the service department Jeff Tina and Dave made sure that everything was in working order before we left with the camper. They also installed my sway bars on the trailer. I would recommend campers end and definitely do business with them again.
