They accommodated me asap and got me in and out and on my way. Eddy and Raphael were phenomenal with the whole process. 1000000% recommend

(September 21, 2019, 5:48 pm)Today, I stopped in, because my rear driver side tire was not holding any air pressure. Not only, did the gentlemen at Pep Boys identify the problem in the tire, they also informed me that both of my rear tires were not suitable for safe driving, and my passenger side front axle was also damaged, and needed to be repaired. Raphael, the store manager, was truly a blessing to me. Not only did he coordinate his team to help me, but also contacted other locations to purchase the parts I needed, to ensure that my car was repaired, and safe for me to drive away the same day. I highly recommend the Pep Boys in Hobe Sound, because they were thorough in their inspections, and also went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to drive away the same day, safely. Thank you Raphael, and to your amazing staff!

Today they could easily have sold me a new battery that I didn't actually need, instead they tested everything and cleaned the corrosion. This is the second or third time they could have easily taken advantage of me, and instead were honest and did a smaller repair than I thought I needed. That's far better than some of the experiences I have had with other car repair shops.
