An employee helped us and came back to check in on us we had a wonderful conversation they used fun gender neutral pronouns with us which we loved and appreciated. Large selection, many employees who can offer assistance if needed, lay out was easy to follow. Great art suplies selection. I hate the self check out systems at Michaels but other than that everything was great.
