I have worked for Gardner Team Real Estate as a Listing & Transaction Coordinator for nearly 2 years now and have finally gotten the opportunity to be on the client side as my boyfriend and I purchased our first home together! There are not enough good things I can say about how my experience has been with Jason and the entire team. Jason was always at the ready to meet us at a listing and give his opinion of a competitive offer price based on a careful look at the quality of construction, neighborhood, and comparable properties. After talking with the listing agent and getting a feel for how many other offers we may be competing against, Jason gave us his opinion of a strong purchase price and terms that would give the greatest possibility of having our offer accepted. We trusted his advice and submitted our offer the same day. The next morning we found out that we were officially sale-pending!

Throughout the appraisal process and inspections, Jason kept us up to date on what was next and helped us get a price reduction for some big repairs that we were not expecting. I would without a doubt recommend Jason to all of my friends, family, and acquaintances. Jason goes above and beyond to protect your interests and eloquently presents his requests to co-op agents to increase your chances. Having seen him represent hundreds of clients over the nearly 2 years, I have loved being on the buying side of it all.
