AT&T Store

The store is very convenient right on US-1. They where very helpful, made sure I understood all of the parts of my account as well as helping me transfer over my data from one phone to another. Ralph S. helped me with the new phone as well as the accessories I needed.

This is one of my favorite stores. I come here regularly for paying my bills, they have a new payment machine, very easy to use and I'm always welcomed at the door.

They gave me a gift last time I was there, was the manager Juan.

It's a pleasure to go to this store. AT&T please keep your prices low, time are hard and we are all in a budget.

Came in to the store to try to fix an issue which At&t customer service were not able to resolve after nearly 4 hours on the phone with them. (Juan) was the manager on duty at the store and I have tremendous respect for this man’s dedication to the company and it’s customers. He wasted no time on getting my questions answered and resolving the issues. I will never waste my time on the phone with At&t Customer Service again! The store over all is spacious and well staffed, customers are acknowledged as soon as they come in (something rare in Miami). Very satisfied!
