  Beautiful minds spec is a one of a kind place to work at. It is a company that fosters a nurturing environment for both the patients and employees. We all care and look out for each other, and have the same point of view and vision when it comes to caring for our kids. We treat each baby individually, in a safe and home environment. We are a family. And that trickles down from our leaders as well, who genuinely worries about each member of her team. They are always mindful of our safety and well-being. It is a joy to belong to a company where you feel cared for and motivated on a daily basis.

  Let me start by saying that every time I walk into this place I feel a joy and peace. It’s such a friendly and loving environment that it can’t be explained, only experienced. Nevertheless, let me try, the PPEC team does an outstanding job at working in unity. Taking care of the needs of each individual child is the goal and priority of everyone there. I’ve seen the healthcare providers go above and beyond to make sure each child is happy and feels at ease. Not to mention all the therapists that come to provide therapy, they also compliment on what a happy and healthy environment is present. I can go on and on about what a beautiful facility it is and how well educated and knowledgeable the staff that work there is, but I believe a company is as good as the person behind the scenes and I must say that the owner of this facility is 5 stars, without her this place wouldn’t be as amazing and successful as it is today. She loves and cares about all her staff, she goes the extra mile to make sure her staff is content. As well as all the facility attendees. I couldn’t imagine working elsewhere. I can truly say this is one a kind places to be a part off.
