My experience was a great one. I was a bit nervous as I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve never solicited this government assistance but due to my higher risk pregnancy, my income was reduced. I came to my appointment I was seen right away and the staff was extremely pleasant and treated me with dignity and respect which was the part I was nervous about as we all know that overall government offices in the state of Florida are usually a nightmare! It was a good experience overall.
