  I'll have to admit after several years of happily visiting this shop with Dom and his wife I was a bit (okay, a lot) hesitant in leaving my shoes with the new owners. However, after several positive experiences both father and son have definitely established their own mark and won me over. My latest visit included leaving my Louboutins (gasp) and boy was I more than pleasantly surprised with the results. The son changed the heel tap and covered the bottom front with a red protector that was an exact match. Not only that, but he refinished the layer that goes from the sole to the suede of the shoe- I must say, flawless and above and beyond. They came out brand new as if never worn. I am extremely detailed and it was total perfection. I highly recommend leaving your most valuable pair without a doubt. Thank you so much for the attention to detail and for the shoe therapy when leaving them lol.

  Sent in my Ferragamo loafers for full re-soling and they were returned repaired, cleaned and conditioned properly using Saphir products. Communication was excellent in discussing the options offered. Enjoyed the experience and will return for more.
