  Great experience from beginning to end! Hector was very thorough in explaining job and the different types of shingles. Our demolition & installation went smoother than I could’ve ever imagined. Hector was extremely professional & punctual. I ‘d heard horror stories about roofing installations and was worried about things breaking & having a mess outside my home but that “was not” the case. Hector’s crew took the time daily to clean up & remove debris after themselves ensuring a safe environment for my family.

  I highly recommend Sunlight Roofing for all your roofing needs. Since day one I trusted Hector Fernandez to do my re-roofing project for his experience in the construction industry, his attention to detail, the competitive bid, the quality of the materials, and the explanation he gave me about the re-roofing process. The project began around April 29, raining almost every day, and passed the final inspection on May 15. Hector was very professional and excellent communicating with me during the entire process. His team has outstanding work ethics, they kept the job site and the neighbor’s area clean and orderly, and they worked diligently to please me with the final result. The quality and beauty of the job exceeded my expectations. Thank you Sunlight Roofing for another quality job!

  Sunlight Roofing is a company like no other! Professional, reliable, honest and great customer service. I didn’t think that this type of customer service still existed! If I had a question or concern, it was addressed ASAP, by Hector Fernandez, the owner. After the initial deposit, they did the work and when all was completed, Hector would come out and go over all concerns or comments, before ever asking for any more money which I gladly paid. Hector made personal visits to my home, multiple times to make sure we were on the same page, and that I was happy, which I was. If you need anything to do with your roof, from maintenance, repair or a brand new roof, there's no reason to use any other company. If you know me, you know, I write to companies if I am not 100% satisfied, I am pretty tough and expect to get what I pay for, so when I write a review like this, and recommend a business, you can bet it's the truth!

  Hector from Sunlight Roofing has been my roofer of choice for the past 8 years. He has re-roofed well over 3 dozen homes for me and in the process I’ve gotten to personally witness his strong work ethic, his knowledge of roofing and his honesty. Hector will do the right thing for you at a fair price and in Miami, that’s hard to find.
