Due to the global pandemic, I had been waiting the years to visit Biscayne NP. It still exceeded my expectations! The institute, who books the tours has the MOST helpful, kind employees who are truly invested in providing guests with the best experience possible!

*They spoke with me prior to my visit.
*They helped me rearrange my tours to meet all of my “Bucket List” needs.
*In person, they were kind, professional, and fun.
*Tours were informative, and interesting to listen to.

**I did not have cash on me to tip them, that was my only mistake. They certainly deserve tips!**

We loved Captain Brian and Jose! They were awesome at leading us through a last minute snorkeling adventure that surpassed our expectations. We really loved the information Jose gave us about the history of the area and the efforts to protect it. It fed our conversations on our road trip home and motivated us all to be even more aware of our natural resources and our obligation to protect them. Captain Brian was thorough and professional and was ON IT when one of our snorkelers was near a jellyfish and didn’t realize it. We felt safe, informed and entertained with this crew and we’d love to do it again some time!

We went for a half-day snorkeling outing. Our guides were helpful, knowledgeable and overall just a joy to be around. Unfortunately due to weather conditions we couldn't make it out to the reef or wrecks, but they did such a good job of making our outage exciting anyway. They were thoughtful in their planning and seemed to genuinely be invested in us having the best time possible. They had so much to share with us about the wildlife and various historical tidbits about the park. You could tell they loved the park and we're passionate about their work, and the result was an amazing time. I can't wait to go back.

Anthony & Dave were the best! I was able to see 5 sharks, green eel, puffer, yellow tail, snapper, lobsters. Barracuda & coral. They were fun & easy to get along with. I forgot to bring my lunch & Dave shared his lunch with me. Very amazing snorkeling trip. I highly suggested doing the day one again!

Don't forget to give them a BIG tip at end, they worked hard & were VERY full of information & amazing sites to see ✌(◕‿-)✌

My fiance and I did the Sail, Paddle Board, Snorkeling, Island visit experience and had a great time. Our guide Jessie was friendly, welcoming, patient and incredibly informative. It took us almost two hours to get to the island but most of that was sailing at a leisurely pace, which was so relaxing. We then had lunch on the island (that we brought ourselves) before setting out on the water. We paddle boarded through mangrove forest with crystal clear water and beautiful weather. We saw tons of fish, a sea turtle, and even a shark (a small baby one). Then we tied up the paddle boards and snorkeled for maybe 30 minutes. It was such a great experience and so worth it.
