Not only he trains using the proper technique and motivate you to reach your best potential, but he also educate you how to maintain a lifestyle that will help you keep the results you've been working so hard to achieve. I would strongly recommend Eitan to all of my friends.
Five stars are not enough! I have worked with trainers most of my adult life and Eitan is way up at the top of my list. He focuses on performing an exercise properly to get the right result. Workouts are varied, never dull, and always a bit of a challege . He is personable, articulate and caring. I am happy to be working with him.
Eitan helped me get back into shape! His focus is not only on working out, but good nutrition as well. I believe that combination helped me get back to the shape I was back in college.
I trained with Eitan for about two years. I love how he transformed my body and way of eating. He is a wonderful trainer very thorough and on point. I have trained with different trainers but no one like him. I certainly recommend him if you want to trained not only your body but spirit and mind.
