Visiting Dr Romay’s office is a wonderful experience, and yes I am talking about visiting a dentist office! Many people would disagree with me just because going to the dentist is not always associated with a pleasant activity.

From the office cleanness, the advance technology in equipment and tools, the safety precautions during this Covid pandemic, to the kind and friendly staff and reasonable charges for services, all is excellent!

As a patient I was satisfied with the environment, treatment and felt completely safe. I am a nurse and as a health care provider I was beyond impressed with all the things Dr Romays has implemented in his office to protect his patients and staff.
Ex: temperature checks upon arrival,
Detailed cdc approved desinfección of each exam rooms and office
Staff and patients hand washing
Use of the mask and face shield/googles protection at all times by office personnel
6 feet distancing amongst personnel...

First and foremost, I loved the fact that they require a Covid testing before seeing patients. This talks about how much they care about their own team and patients. It made me feel safe. The facility is nice, not too big but comfortable. From the receptionist to the doctor, they are so caring and friendly. But, and I saved this for the end, they are super duper HONEST. When they give you a budget, you can believe that's what it is. They won't make up any extra works to inflate and charge more than yout should really pay. Really affordable. You can say I'm really happy.

The complete staff are super nice. I feel like it's family there. They also are very clean and keeping safe.

I highly recommend Dr.Romay. I've been going here for years now and the service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave has been great. They treat you like family.

After this pandemic and seeing my dentist again it was such a great joy that I could not explain in this message but everything went very well, they used all the precautions for the covib-19 and my regular check-up was wonderful and Dr Romey told me A little detail and everything went as I expected.
