  Our experience with Ben Moss and David Carrion-Levy of Compass was nothing short of outstanding!
  We invested a lot of time and money in our 6,000 sq.-ft home in Broward County, Florida. More than a home, it was an investment and a big part of our retirement planning.
  When we decided to retire, we put our house on the market. At first, we hired a local realtor that advertises heavily in the area. Lots of noise and showings but no action. We realized that we made a mistake but had to stay with them for 6 months.
  We were disappointed and concerned. Our retirement planning was failing! At one point we were concerned that the dream may turn into a nightmare.
  Then we met Ben and David. Great attitude, professionalism and genuine concern for our situation. After the first fiasco and interviewing many realtors we decided to go with them. For the first time we met someone that shared our dream and wanted to help us make it happen. We sold our home and met our retirement plan expectations. Enough said!
  We could give these guys a lot more than 5 stars. They knew our market and were knowledgeable about high-end homes. We didn’t know that it is a totally different game. At all times we felt that we were in the hands of trusted advisors. They always remained calm while helping us through such a stressful time. One of the advantages is that they had buyers in that market bracket as well. These guys definitely exceeded our expectations!
  We liked working with these pros so much that we gave them a contract to sell our investment property as well. They sold it in a couple of months at top price. Wow!
  We would not hesitate to recommend these professionals and give them an A++ with 5 shining stars.

  David was fantastic in selling our condo. We knew that it was a difficult sale because of the size of our penthouse and the upgrades we had done. He gave us an expected selling price at the beginning of our listing and delivered within that parameter. Highly recommend him.

David is very persistent and has vast knowledge of the real estate market. I will be recommending David Carrion to any of my family and friends that are in need of a superb Realtor.

  I strongly recommend this realtor! Me and girlfriend were looking to buy a property, Mr. Carrion-Levy showed us a bunch of nice apartments and houses. He was very patient because I know how picky my gf is... Finally, we purchased a condo which I believe it was a good investment.
