Mercy Hospital-Radiology

This is absolutely the BEST hotel I've stayed at in quite awhile. The staff is SUPERB, so helpful and friendly! The room is so clean and well put together, the view wonderful (Capitol records roof top lighted tree was lovely!) The best part was how nice the staff was to my puppy, offering a comfy bed, bowls and treats! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the Hollywood area.

I stayed in this hotel regularly pre Covid and it was lovely to arrive back there this week and see it beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were new to me but all so lovely. My stay was too short with a late arrival and early departure but there is no better way to recover from a long flight than to soak in an Everly tub with a glass of champagne so it was absolutely worth the trip in from LAX.

Cozy room, with old decoration but clean; three stars more match it. The lobby area was too narrow, it only can fit one car stopped, and others needed to wait on a slope. Valet parking only with a $49/night cost. Near Hollywood B Blvd, many homeless on the road. Maybe a choice if you have to live in this area. Afternoon wines are excellent; that’s why I give them four points. Otherwise, I recommend selecting another area hotel, the same price with more convenience.

We had 3 rooms for 2 nights with one family member arriving before noon. The staff was sympathetic as he had arrived on a redeye from the East Coast. They allowed him an early check in which was very generous.
Convenient location for hiking in Griffith Park and the Hollywood Bowl.
Valet was fast, we had several in and outs and they were prompt each time.
Clean rooms, good service. Our single issue was the A/C went out Saturday night. Will stay again.

Friendly staff and clean, well presented hotel. The hotel was a 2 minute walk (if that) from the Hollywood/Vine metro station, bus stations and the Hollywood walk of fame. Being so close to the Hollywood walk of fame, there were often tourists out and about a block away even late at night so the area felt safe enough while travelling alone. There were still dodgy characters about but overall It was a great stay and the hotel is lovely.
