  I want to express how happy I am attending this gym. I have never felt more comfortable, and never out of place before while coming here. They employee are so attentive, and family like. The gym itself, is very clean and organized. I recommend family and friends to come here. You won’t forget it.

  I had been looking for a gym like this in Miami and finally found it. Upscale modern and clean gym with a touch of old school gritty feel to it. If you’re looking for a place with good energy for a workout, this is the spot! Staff is friendly and helpful and all the trainers are very knowledgeable and detail oriented.

  For people looking for a smaller gym with few people, this would be ideal for you. Personally I found the equipment to be old but the functionality is there. Seems like a gym where you would go for personal training rather than training on your own. I don’t think the price matches up with the amenities, mostly because there aren’t any. The owner is a nice guy and cares for the facility. With an $80 a month cost (with contract) it seems like you’re paying more for convenience/location than the facility it self. All in all, this didn’t fit my needs or the value I’d expect at almost $100/month.

  I only started going this week and I already love it. It’s small, but it has all the equipment any gym goer would ever need. It’s clean and uncrowded, and the staff are super friendly, give you pointers, and will gladly help you if you ask. As a woman, I feel very safe and comfortable exercising at The Workout Spot. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gym in the Grove.

  This is one of the hidden gem in Coconut Grove! The owners are amazing and they make you feel extremely welcomed. They remember your name and treat everyone with the most respect.
  The members are also very courteous and considerate to the other members, it's like a big family!
  The gym is never busy and they have all the bells and whistles. Its also very clean! The offer towel service and you can even shower and get ready for work in their private shower rooms.
  I highly recommend this gym, this is a steal for the cost of the membership. Lastly, if you go in the morning street parking is free until 10am, otherwise, you can park in the covered garage that has immediately access to the gym's back door. Overall I am very happy with the space, the service and the members who attend.
