  i have been with this moving company for at least 6 years and whenever i hear of anyone moving or I am moving myself or one of my offices I use them and can't recommend them enough. The attention to detail and care in which they handle all of the furniture pieces. Their consideration and concern for you as the customer is unparalleled and on top of that when compared to other moving companies they are of great value. Couldn't be more perfect. These guys rock !

  I had several items I needed moved from Miami to Utah including an upright piano. They were very good at taking all necessary precautions to assure the items would be wrapped and transported safely across the country. My items did arrive alive and well. My one critique is that the items did come a few weeks after the 21 days they said it’d take to arrive, not a huge deal because I didn’t have a deadline for when I needed these items, but if you’re guaranteeing a delivery by a specific time frame then it should be met. Also the piano was extremely difficult and quite scary to unload from the truck. It was just 2 men and they did not have any equipment like a lift or anything to unload the piano from the back of the 18 wheel semi truck which was several feet off the ground. The men were able to use pure muscle and a 4 wheeled dolly to bring it out and into the house, but I was terrified that they wouldn’t be able to do it because of the weight and height of the truck and lack of equipment. I’d suggest that in these cases you use a truck that has an electric lift. Overall satisfied though.

  These guys are really great! I used them for move out, storage, and move in. They’re so nice, everything is thoroughly explained, and they are FAST! They made it so easy for me to say yes or no to what I wanted from my storage unit during my move in. Awesome crew! Highly recommended.

  Ciao moving is awesome! I am so glad i chose them for my move. They went above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible. They were respectful of my property, extra careful with my belongings (not a single nick or scratch after the move on anything), trustworthy, and are just genuinely great guys. They know what they are doing and are experts and you can sit back and relax knowing you are in good hands.
  Ciao has a fixed rate for moving unlike other companies. Sometimes their quote is a little higher than the companies who provide a service per hour, but it is a much better deal in the end. My move took 2 days when the other companies had quoted just 7 hours. I would have paid much more in extra charges if i had chosen someone else. My advice to anyone moving is to keep this in mind as not only is it a fixed price but they do not rush.
  I would recommend them in an instant and use them again if i ever need to. Thank you Ciao!!

  Very good moving company, highly recommend. You can probably find cheaper movers, but Ciao is reasonably priced and you won't find better value for this level of service. Friendly, easy to work with, fast, efficient and took great care of all my furniture.
