My first breathwork session with Stephi came just at the right time. Working with her was a pleasure - she had a genuine care to help me get the most out of our time, and operated with extreme professionalism.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but Stephi encouraged me to keep an open mind throughout our session, and I'm really happy that I did. I left feeling refreshed, clear minded, and relaxed - exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend a breathwork session with Stephi to anyone, and I will definitely be back.

Her passion for this work, shows in the incredible attention to detail she offered throughout the entire process. From the space setting to the music and her choice of words- every second felt intentional and meaningful.

Beyond the softness in her voice yet clear directions, Stephi often practices breathwork in lush outdoor settings, details that are all conducive to a memorable experience. There is a calm with which I leave each session that endures for 24-48hrs and slightly resets me just the way I need to not only nurture a positive mindset but also explore new horizons and grow my ability to empathize and change my vantage point onto the world and onto people.
