I am incredibly blessed to have been referred to Dr. Salinas for my breast reconstruction/tissue expanders/double latissumus flap! I was 38 when I had a double mastectomy and radiation and was left completely flat. After consulting with several plastic surgeons, my husband and I left Dr. Salinas office knowing he was the best choice for me. He truly checked all the boxes. He is personal, compassionate, attentive, professional, meticulous in his work. He communicates in a manner with empathy and above all, his presence and energy made me feel at ease knowing he had a genuine interest in helping me look my very best considering what he was working with. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Salinas, if you’re looking for a terrific plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He truly cares for his patients and he has a very kind heart! His office is really friendly and kind, the PA’s are also so helpful and caring! I’m 9 weeks out and I couldn’t be more happy with my results!

I underwent a breast reduction procedure with Dr. Salinas. Upon my initial appointment with Dr. Salinas, I was quickly put at ease by his empathetic approach. He listened to what my concerns were and explained the procedure in detail. His medical team is also top notch. They were quick to respond when I had any questions.
