    I just had an extraordinary experience with this company. I discovered when I landed in Miami for a layover, on my way to a 10 day island trip, that the nasal pillows for my CPAP mask were lost somewhere. At 11pm, I found Local CPAP online, called the number, and was shocked when Jorge answered the phone from his home in bed! He listened to my urgent need and told me he would meet me at the closed store on Saturday and sell the "pillows" to me. As promised, he met me the next day and was even willing to take the nasal pillows out of the one mask kit that he had like mine, but of course I took the whole thing. Jorge and this company's dedication to customer service is unbelievable! What he did was a lifesaver to me!

    I left my strap at home on this business trip (and quickly remembered how much difference a CPAP makes to my sleep). Jorge returned my call promptly and was courteous and professional when my wife stopped by to pickup a replacement mask.

    I recently found out I needed a CPAP machine and found Local CPAP. What an awesome experience! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have all the supplies I will ever need. Not to mention if I need help setting it up or have any questions I can call them and I know they will be able to help me.

    This store was Great , I had very good service. And had my New Dreamwear. Nasal Mask the same day I saw my Doctor. Very nice to deal with. Thanks.
