Nice staff and clean building. I also believe they are making too many appointments as others have mentioned. The past two times I have been I have sat in the chair for close to 40 minutes waiting to get hooked up. Hopefully they are able to get more organized with the volume they are experiencing and can be a bit more efficient in the near future.

EDIT: scheduling has seemed to get a lot better. The past few weeks has had much shorter lines

Not possible for me to donate due to a pesky heart procedure. The staff were wonderful, though. Everyone was very kind

In the past this location has been awesome, since covid they have been making far too many appointments. To the point that I have had to wait outside (or right inside the door) 10-15 minutes past my appointment time before I can even get started. They need to open another location in the area or just not let as many people donate as I’ve seen multiple times where there were way too many people close together. It’s semi-organized chaos

EDIT: Added a star back as it has gotten much better recently, the lines have gotten shorter and I haven’t had to wait near as long.
