  The team showed up when they said they would and immediately went to work. They took care of my things and my house like it was their own. Fast. Professional. Thorough. Courteous. You won't go wrong with Servpro North Miami and Hollywood.

  Came home late from out of town to a flooded brand new house after closing just 1 month prior. Called everyone from the builders team and could not get an answer. Immediately panicked and called my insurance agent. She recommended Servpro and told me to give them a call right away. Robert was so professional and kind to offer to come out right away or early the next morning since it was really late. I told them early the next morning was fine.
  
  Builder finally got back to me so I canceled on Servpro. They offered to sticome out just to check everything and assess the damage for free of charge. When their tech came out, he found other leak issues not connected to the flood. So grateful he found it so that it doesn’t become a problem down the line.
  
  Even though we didn’t use Servpro, Robert called later on in the evening to check on how we were being treated by the builders and even offered to come out again after the work is complete to make sure it’s done right at no charge. This company have went upon and beyond for a non paying referral. I can only imagine how they take care of their clients. You just don’t get this level of customer service or even humanity anymore. Especially at such a stressful time for someone with no experience with these types of incidents.

  We had a water leak that pretty much ruined the wood flooring in our kitchen. Plummer fixed the leak but had water still coming up on the floor boards as well as moldy smell. We called ServePro to come out and check out the damage. They sent a team, Jasson M. and his partner, both were extremely professional, friendly and helpful by removing the damaged wood and padding and spraying stuff in the floor to Kill any existing mold. Will surely use ServePro again if we have any problems.

  My home was affected by the Texas winter storm in 2021. I couldn't get a mitigation company here in Houston, but thank God these guys came to help out all the way from my home town Miami. They were compassionate, understanding, very professional, and quick. They explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood what was happening. My insurance company took a year to pay them but they still remained patient, understanding and compassionate while waiting on there payment. I'm greatful for them and the service they provided, especially David and Richard.

  SERVPRO of North Miami was amazing to work with on our mold remediation. From beginning to end they were always available to answer all our questions and took care of our house and belongings like it was their own. Thanks to Tiffany Fu, Jasson M and Javier for their service this past week.

  SERVPRO did an incredible job reconstructing our kitchen, installing our floors and fixing our drywall after mold remediation. Carlos and his team were always available to answer any questions related to the work and the whole team was very punctual and professional.
