The whole experience, was a great one. The room are very clean and the lady Rose in the front desk was an amazing and pleasant person to have met, very informative and helpful. All in all the whole staff was good. I will definitely be returning to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here the night before flying home from our belated honeymoon to the Keys. After booking online through a third party site, we were told that our reservation wasn't in the system. We contacted the company we reserved through but were left feeling as though the site was a potential scam. After explaining the situation to Rose at the front desk, she was incredibly sympathetic and went above and beyond to help us out, and we stayed in a wonderfully comfortable and clean suite.
