I had an overall good experience and the sales executive assisting us made a good job on providing us with all the information we asked to make an informed decision. The only reason why I don’t assign 5 stars is that once everything was sorted, I would have liked a more detailed “tour” of the new car and its main functionalities instead of just being handed over the keys and be done with it.

Bought a very hard to find Audi sight unseen all the way from Idaho, and Melanie Gonzalez my saleswoman and Jon in finance were absolutely awesome from day 1. It’s intimidating to purchase something this expensive from across the country and they were very reassuring and comforting with any needs or questions I had along the way. Highly recommend their team. The GSM even interacted with me and was fun and straightforward about the whole process. Appreciate you guys! Thanks for your patience and all the pictures of the car. Came for my oil change service and all went super smooth! Mike was great,
Made sure I had transfer back home and then back to dealership to get my car when ready. This was my first time coming alone to get serviced at the dealership so wasn’t sure what to expect but loved how easy everything was and how friendly the staff was.

Manny in service was very helpful and accurate with his timing. Always kept me up to date. Even offered some great food spots to try while I waited.
Vanessa in sales was also fantastic. Felt like I’ve always known her. Very knowledgeable with the product.

Walked in with no intentions on buying a vehicle but walked out with a new 2022 Atlas. Make sure you ask for Melanie Gonzalez cause she’s the best! She’s extremely knowledgeable , friendly, and professional. Took her time to answer all of my questions. By far this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
