Pino Dental

First off, I want to be completely transparent, I am a sales rep and Dr Pino is a customer of mine. She does not know that I am writing this and did not request a review from me.

There are a lot of dental offices out there and not all dental offices are the same. You have corporate dentistry which is a chain style (think Olive Garden) and this tends to be an good area for individuals who are highly concerned about cost. Another type of corporate dentistry is where the office does not look like a chain and looks like a mom/pop family dental office but is in fact owned by a huge corporation. Corporate dentistry, in general, is like any corporation where the objective is to maximize profits.

The other type of dentist is a sole practitioner. This is a dentist who owns the business. A practice that is owned by a dentist tends to be focused on providing top notch service as reputation is everything. The best example I can give is Olive Garden vs. a family owned restaurant. Olive Garden is focused on making money so the quality of their food is just ok but it also does not need to be any better because the folks who go to Olive Garden are not expecting to be blown away. They are pleased with unlimited breadsticks and a super affordable dinner. In a family owned restaurant, they take the extra steps and time to make sure that all the food is prepared right and is as tasty as possible. This extra devotion and labor normally means that the cost of the meal is going to be higher. It should be noted that the prices at Dr Pino’s office are extremely reasonable for the quality of work she provides.

There are many reasons that I feel Dr Pino should be your general dentist but let’s just discuss 3 of them. They are environment, skill and people. First is the environment; the office is state of the art and no corners were cut. There were no cost saving efforts taken that would minimize patient comfort but rather just the opposite. For examples, she has an excellent sterilization center where she is able to reprocess the instruments to CDC guidelines. You can rest assure that all health and safety protocols are being followed. Her rooms are outfitted with equipment to make sure she is able to provide the best diagnosis possible rather than you spending money on unnecessary treatment.

The second aspect is skill. This is something that is difficult to say “she is the best” because there are so many ways to critique a dentist’s skills. So for my review I’m going to focus on her skills in regards to the total patient experience. Let’s be honest, no one wants to go to the dentist. The biggest reason, pain; no one wants to be in pain or have the dentist cause them pain. This is exactly where you’ll find a special skill set that Dr Pino has and that is her gentleness. She has a motherly loving touch that puts you at ease and she goes to great lengths to make sure you’re comfort is a top priority.

The third and final piece of the puzzle; staff. This is actually a piece that is often overlooked by a dentist but a big reason why customers never return to an office. Dr Pino has a small practice with only a few staff members but this is actually a positive. Everyone at her office is extremely caring and gentle. The front desk staff always greets you with a smile and does their very best to accommodate you. The dental assistants are extremely polite and gentle. They are able to perform their tasks with ease and their beautiful smiles will relax you and help you feel more at ease. It is extremely pleasant to be in an office where people are happy. The reason for this joy and the backbone to the operation is the office manager who will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. Her dedication to your patient experience is reflected throughout the office. She is an absolute pleasure and ties the practice together in a perfect little bow.

In short, if you want an honest gentle dentist, Dr Pino is the prime route for you. I assure you’ll be leaving with a satisfied smile.

Dr.Pino is the best dentist I have ever had! She explained the procedures thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Her team are filled with amazing people who are incredibly nice and helpful. While getting procedures done I was able to watch Netflix on the tv that they have on the roof which I loved.

Excellent Dental Visit!!
Had a neuralgia pain for years and dentist kept telling me it was nothing. Dr. Pino further investigated after she took a regular X-ray and used her state of the art, CT scanner. Wow didn't even know that existed in dentistry. And low and behold there it was.... a cyst above the crown and the cyst was eating away at my bone. She gave me 3 options which were explained in detail along with all that each entailed. I had time to ask her all my dumb questions and she answered them smiling and not in a rush. I also got a deep cleaning and then Zoom. No pain while she injected...Magician hands. Thank you Dr. Pino and all the sweet girls that work for her!

Love the entire staff. The atmosphere is so clean and calming. The staff is professional and communicates very well. Dr. Pino is beautiful inside and out, she explains the process very thoroughly. I highly recommend if you're looking for a successful visit.

Dr. Pino is the best dentist ever! She is very gentle. She explained all my treatment options to me and made sure I understood everything step by step. The office is really nice too and I got to watch TV during my visit. The staff is also super friendly. Pino Dental will definitely be my new dental home.
