CORA Physical Therapy Country Walk

Absolutely amazing. Words cannot describe how thorough and thoughtful the staff here is. From the initial evaluation to each session, the level of care and attention to detail the therapists give is incredible. Highly recommend, especially Eric, who I worked directly with to recover after ACL and meniscal repair surgery… So happy with my results and will continue to recommend Cora to everyone in need of physical therapy!

I am a current patient at CORA THERAPY located at COUNTRYWALK. I have a history with this team some more time then others for five years for different therapies. Currently I am attending this site for a fall I had and had to have major surgery to my left arm. I am amazed at the team that continues to work together with a smile on them and how they treat their patients giving a one on one treatment and creating a bond with them. I have seen the waiting area with several patients and I also see each therapist start calling each patient and when I look the waiting area is empty. This team is always multitasking and helping each other when needed by taking care of each patient Not only do they do therapies but they also do evaluations for new patients and existing patients.

BARBIE: I have to recognize the elite team that you have.
Barbie is the heart of this team and site, she steps in and rolls up her sleeves where ever she is needed. She is the soul off the team. The therapist's know each patient by their first name this of course is do to the bond that they built with their
patients they also are experienced in doing Evaluations for new and existing patients. You just have to go there and you will see the excellent Customer Service and the positive vibe there is. These are the incredible people that I have had the pleasure of knowing them through the years:

NATALIE: THE FRONT DESK IS THE
FIRST GREETING A PATIENT SEES.
The girls have an important job making sure the phones are answered in a timely manner, appointments are made,patients that require an evaluation are scheduled confirm appointments. Natalie also contacts the insurance companies with approvals and scenarios that show up.
YOU MUST ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE 😊

SAMY: This is an amazing, wonderful unbelievable person, with a long time knowledge in her job her patients adore her, she fits in this team perfectly.

MEL: Wow Mel is a great therapist who brings her knowledge to do the job that she does and creating bonds with her patients, she fits in this team perfectly.

ERICK: What a gentleman, he greets his patients with a smile and puts his patients first with the strong knowledge that he has he also fits perfectly with the team.

DESTINY: I have not had the pleasure of working with her. However, she is a quiet person but, she can be seen from wherever you are. She creates a bond with her patients her job mainly consist of doing evaluations and therapy of the patients upper extremities. You can see that patients feel very comfortable with her and that she does put her patients first. Another wonderful therapist that fits in the team.

ARIEL: He is great and a wonderful person, you see him multitasking all day long if a therapist needs something he is there to assist. When patients come in he is also there to assist by putting
on them the hot compress in the affected area that the therapist has asked him to put on. He also puts the cold compress to patients when they are done to relax the muscles He has an excellent repor with the patients this is a great guy and I know that Barbie and all the therapist feel the same way and thank him for all that he does.
Ariel may not know it, but his role is
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
I think personally that he is an awesome person with a great personality.

I hope I have not left anyone else out and if I did I truly apologize it was not my intention.

BARBIE:, I applaud you for being a great leader who values your team individually and together and most Important your patients. Because of the strong team that this site has new patients who hear about the site come here for their therapy. I consider myself to have the privilege of being in good hands when I have needed to return to Cora in the last five years and this is why I can say how I feel about the team and each individually. BECAUSE I KNOW THEM WELL. 🙂

PT is hard; God sent me to this office and put Melissa and the whole team to make my road less hard.
Since day one I knew what makes this office special (the team) every therapist and of course Nathalie cares about the recovery of every single patient. You can tell that they are here to work as a team in every patient individually and it is a team efford that they take seriously to get you as better as you can.

Everyone here has been SO great! You can tell they really love what they do, really like each other, and they don't judge you if you're not familiar with gyms or equipment. I've seen them handle all ages, all injuries, and they didn't once marginalize my pain. I almost wish my therapy hadn't gone so well so that I'd have more reasons to go see them.

I needed PT for a chronic condition to learn safe exercises to strengthen, stabilize & stretch. Melissa Karaha was my therapist and from day one she exuded positivity, and a supportive nature. Melissa listened well to my concerns, adapted therapy along the way based on my feedback, went over and above answering questions and providing a variety of take-home exercises to keep me going on my own at home. She taught me how to use the new CORA app and offered to be available to answer questions I might have later, now that my sessions are complete. The whole team at CORA Country Walk is supportive, kind and welcoming each time I arrived - greeting me and other clients by name ,and making sure I was able to get appointments when I needed them. Melissa's expertise, knowledge and positive spirit was very encouraging. I felt safe with everyone masking and sanitizer readily available. They have a team spirit and enjoy working together which showed:) It was my first PT experience in the Miami area, and I'll return there if I need PT again :) Thanks all!
