First and foremost, I would like to say the worker and management relations was very evident as it relates to customer service from the moment you walk in the door. They are both courteous and professional and take the time to explain what is given with their storage services, as well as, what is expected from the individuals utilizing their space. I was particularly impressed with the worker who accompanied me to my unit to ensure I found it easy and that the storage area was satisfactory. The bottom line is, I'm very much satisfied with the service, location, and security of this storage facility.
