  The menu and service were ahead of my expectations. I truly liked the ambience of this restaurant. Awesome restaurant to take the family out for dinner.

  I would highly recommend Tigertail for your Airboat tour. Our guide was very informative about the wildlife. If we saw a gator or anything we wanted to stop and see, we could motion to let him know, he would stop, turn the boat around, and allow us the opportunity to get photos. We saw several alligators, a baby one, and several cool birds. The airboat ride was a fun experience that I highly recommend if if have not been.

  Things started a little rocky, as we had received an email response about a tour, but the only guide present when we arrived (Tommy) had no idea what we were talking about. But he quickly arranged to take us out and his exceptional knowledge more than compensated for any initial confusion. I was really only interested in seeing wildlife, but his revelations about the history of the Miccosukee were very eye opening. Tommy was very knowledgeable and respectful of the flora and fauna. Such a nice contrast to the guys poking alligators for the tourists.

  First, Tommy was awesome. Second, it was just my wife and I so he allowed us to bring our dog with us if we could secure her on our lap. The airboat ride itself was very cool, it would be nice if the riding part was longer but the tour would need to be longer for that because you won't want to miss the history. Tommy explains how his family and people came to live in the glades and how their people persevered to gain government recognition of their sovereignty. It's good stuff.

  They offer an excellent tour. Awesome guides. The airboats are so cool and a great way to experience the Everglades. In nature with nature. You have to drive out towards shark valley, it's right before. They offer a reasonable wait time as well. It was well worth it!

  We hired the private tour for our family and it was such a fun experience. It is family owned and operated by the native americans that own that land. We know this now after the tour guide told us about the history of his people and the everglades. We saw some cool gators in the water, some in their private island, we got to touch some baby alligators they were taking care of and learn about the rehabilitation of those that are considered a "nuisance" to humans with the appearances. It was great!

  Clean lobby and friendly staff. Always quick and easy visit. Mail ready very early too.
