My daughter love boubble tea so we use to go to all the places serving this tea in Miami looking for the best one. Certainly we will keep this one as to come back soon but they should put less ice on the cup. The place is in a pretty much hidden corner of the shopping center in fron of the karate place.
Great place for tea and bubble tea. Everything is awesome everytime I've been here to order. They staff is friendly and helpful.
Passion fruit smoothie is amazing. Probably one of my favorite things on the menu.
They offer a reward stamp card. When you get 9 drinks the 10th will be free.
This place lost a star since they charge extra if you want no ice. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever come across. Kind of pathetic actually.
My little sister's go to place for Bobba! We drive almost 20 minutes just for this spot. They have smoothies, cold coffee, and teas. Everything we've tasted so far is great. Their rewards card comes in handy since we frequent this location often so I recommend to get it. After 10 drinks (not visits like other rewards programs) you get a free drink.
Wow I was there just last week and the experience was incredible. All thanks to one worker a buff guy with curly hair he really helped me out when it came to deciding what I wanted. I never had boba and he made sure I got something spectacular. Really he made me feel comfortable and not overwhelmed with their wide variety.
I come here often and have introduced this place to all my friends and family because it's local and adorable. I've never had an issue until today. There was a clear miscommunication between the person at the front and I on my order. I don't do well with confrontation so I agreed to their policy of paying 1/2 for the replacement drink, but the attitude from the person just really bothered me. I added that I would pay the 1/2 price for my replacement but wouldn't return to which they replied: "that's fine." At that point I just said thanks and walked away without my drink. The person who I believe to be the owner made things right, but I won't be returning to avoid another run-in with poor customer service. :( It made me feel so disposable. It's about principalities. The owner seems lovely and the teas are really tasty which is why I'm giving this place a 4. They need customer service training though.
