The technician, Luis, was prompt, professional & very knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed our issue and explained it to us fully. Parts needed to be ordered for this 26 year old slider, & Jennifer got them in less than 24 hours. Luis returned a day later to do a super thorough (cleaning &) repair of both the track and the rollers. Our ancient gigantic sliders that had become a full-on workout to open or close now roll so easily/smoothly, they just about open & close themselves…lol. The very reasonable bill was exactly what they said it would be up front (on the initial phone call). Cesar and Luis, the technicians on our job, completely disassembled our 20 year old doors to service them and install high-precision rollers. They cleaned our tracks and gave new life to our 20-year old sliders. They also replaced our screen rollers. They were competent and efficient. Everything works better than new!
