RZone Fitness West Kendall

Loved my first class at RZone. It was a beautiful space, motivating and challenging workout, welcoming and friendly staff and I loved how clean it was.

I struggle with working out! I’m not someone that likes it…. But this program is VERY good. It not the same work out every time and the intervals keep it moving so the hour flies by! I’m just starting but so far I’m a fan 🙃

Man been looking for an all good gym where I felt good. This place is amazing! Love instructors, love classes and most of all no MORE MASK AS OF JUNE 1ST! AMAZING!

Great Place if you want to up your exercise routine, this is the place. Very Energetic, Very Informative. The Trainers are excellent! I have never felt more confident! Love this place!

RZone Kendall is what I had been waiting for for many years, a women's gym where you get a full body workout in an environment that's welcoming and not intimidating. The staff is great; super friendly, they address you by name. The trainers are amazing, they are very knowledgeable and help to modify the workout if you need them to. The classes are always on time, the workouts are challenging, but can be adjusted to any fitness level, and the gym is immaculately clean. They follow all CDC guidelines during this pandemic; I feel completely safe going to this gym. Just an all around great experience!!
