  My wife and I stayed at the St. Regis Bal Harbor over a long weekend in July. The rooms were large and the accommodations were nice, but the real standout was our bartender Amanda. Not only did she make an excellent regionally appropriate Bloody Mary (ask her - the story is great), but she was a wonderful conversationalist. We talked for several hours over the course of our stay, and we had a great time. I highly reccomend the St. Regis for your next Miami visit.

  Would love to give this place 5 stars, but it's seriously let down by the food. As you'd expect, prices are not cheap, but for that I'd expect top quality. That I had to bring my coffee from the room, as the restaurants was so bad should say it all. Pastries such as croissants are far from great, and cooked items are just ok. When mentioning to staff, the response was one of slight interest. Rooms are stunning, bar was great and butler service was efficient and warm.

  From the moment my husband and I entered the premises our service was exceptional. The valet was welcoming and accommodating, the check-in staff was helpful and friendly, housekeeping did a great job, and the pool and beach staff provided great service.The room was modern and clean and the view was Breathtaking!!!!! This was our first time staying at a St. Regis hotel and the property and experience definitely impressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami. It will not disappoint.

  Excellent hotel with excellent service. I’m a pretty harsh judge on hotel service, and I have to say St. Regis Bal Harbour is doing a great job and I would rank them the highest on service. Staff is extremely attentive and checks up on guests at all times, at restaurants, at the bar, at the pool, at the beach, at the spa - everywhere. The atmosphere at the hotel is very light, no attitude service is something to point out here - which sometimes you can find at other luxury hotels. Staff is really wonderful and should be noted for this. This makes this hotel perfect for traveling as a couple, as a single, or as a family. The hotel also does a great job at making it feel spacious - there are a lot of people, but it doesn’t feel packed - not sure how they do it, but keep up the great job! Room service food is also delicious. The breakfast buffets has excellent variety. We’ll certainly return. The views from the room are also wonderful!

  Best vacation resort I have ever experienced. From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Customer service was absolutely amazing! The resort is gorgeous, it was like stepping into paradise. Very family friendly and yet still private enough for love birds. The hotel has a private beach that was never crowded. Highly recommend staying here, by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
