  Really enjoyed my time at the Grand Beach Hotel Miami. I stayed in one of the Ocean View King Suites were I had a clear view of the beach and ocean. After arriving I don’t believe there was a bad view from any area of the hotel - in the Bay View rooms you can sometimes see manatees in the canal. It was a great surprise seeing there was a couch and additional bathroom w/a shower in the room. The staff were really friendly and able to accommodate my early and late checkin/out. There was a hefty fee to checkout late, but I was able to check in 4 hours early free due to availability. I did experience very long wait times anytime I tried to call - that could definitely use some work. The only reason why it gets 4/5 stars is bc the comfort of the beds lagged, the bathrooms were pretty tight/outdated, and I noticed some areas that could’ve been better cleaned.

  Me and what I thought was a friend (she's NOT) stayed here for Labor Day weekend 2014. The hotel is awesome! It offers a lot of services (for a price of course) it's modern, clean and well kept. Wonderful ocean & city views, very relaxing, smelled nice and we loved the 7th floor pool & hot tubs.
  The only cons I had was one of the shower curtains/liners in our room was too short so water would flood that particular bathroom floor. The cleaning staff doesn't speak/understand English very well and everything is very expensive! It's also a bit ways from South Beach with a lot of traffic but if you don't mind driving 15 minutes or so, it's cool. Overall good hotel though. Would stay again.

  Nice hotel with great views located on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The rooms are modern and well decorated with nice bathrooms and a comfortable tub. The downside is the pool area and lobby can be a bit of a zoo and staff is cordial but not overly friendly. Also, rooms may be a little noisy from the traffic on Collins Ave. I would stay here again but not for more than a night or two. Also, better to have a car at this location as it is a big long walk to good shopping and dining options.

  Grand Beach met all expectations and more. The staff were very prompt with requests. The ocean front view room was gorgeous and extremely relaxing. Access to the beach was right at our fingertips. Thanks for the wonderful experience. A place to definitely consider if you want great beach access, wonderful service, beautiful view and comfort.
