  It was awesome! Angel the bartender was so so great and telling us all the places in Miami to go to, definitely would come back for the tiki bar experience!!!!!

  The hospitality of the staff was amazing and Leslie was super professional and help the group with an amazing view of the beach. We all enjoyed ourselves and are already looking to return.

  My sister had her Bachelorette party here in Miami, a total of 5 females. We stayed for 3 nights (last weekend). The suite itself was beautiful. I have no complaints at all. However when we arrived, the entire lobby area & hallways are under renovation so the walls are all covered in bags with red tape (It looked like a scene from Dexter) & the stairs are not to be used. We took the elevator (that smelled like throw up, cheese and feet) to our floor. The entire hallway was covered in old paint and the floors were cardboard paper with tape as well; again renovations are being done. We were never told this when we booked months ago or prior to our trip. Also, you have to take a long walk in this low ceiling old looong hallway to get to the pool area, which was really nice however. The beach was great, so clean and clear. So over all I did give a 4 because the suite itself was so great. The ONLY negative was the day we left, a note was left saying if we had ANY makeup or dirt on the towels we would be charged $25 per towel which was stupid so we cleaned them before we left with no stains. That was annoying because the little makeup came right out and if we didn't wash them, we would've been charged for no reason.

  First off I was taken aback by the amazing aroma therapy upon entering the hotel.
  The grand entrance and the fragrance made me relax as soon as I walked in.
  After reading online reviews I was skeptical, and disappointed.
  My room and view was amazing! The reviews did no Justice for this hotel.
  They are doing some remodeling, and I hope to return to see the finished result.
  This hotel is just what it says a Jewel Reborn.
  BEAUTIFUL!
