July 2016 had Jorge come about to see about my samsung he dryer not heating. He tested everything determined it was heating coil gave me a price before picking up part,part was more than he quoted but he stuck to initial quote. I'm impressed was on time equipped and friendly small business owner but great service.

Jorge was punctual, arrived with all necessary tools and immediately diagnosed the problem.
My dishwasher was not draining the dirty water because there was a chicken bone stuck in the hose that connects with the water disposal. He showed me every step of the repair what he was doing. After removing the chicken bone he ran the dish washer through a complete 45 minute cycle. He charged me the one hour fee. Fair and competent.

I loved the customer service. I went to 6 different store they were they only ones that offered a great deal. If you need any appliance and go there first.
