    There are a lot of weight loss programs out there. Some well known companies pay high profile celebrities and actors big bucks to promote their diets and programs. David is a certified nutritionist and award winning competitive body builder. You know why his “unique” program works? Because he has you eating “real food” with the proper balance of food nutrients and consistent small meals every 2-3 hours. And he compliments his meal plan with an exercise program that almost anyone can folllow.
