Love love this place my son enjoys going here. The coaches are great with the kids. The place is clean well sanitized everyone is wearing a mask. You will have a peace of mind in reference to COVID safety regulations. I totally recommend this place for kids and adults.

Years old started his 4th year with Joe and his team this Januar.
The coaches are great with kids and adults alike, nice atmosphere to learn and professional training in several martial arts.

I highly recommend this place. The coaches are great with the kids. My daughter went when she was 5 and they helped her build so much confidence in herself.
Now my toddler joined. He loves it! Coach Noel is awesome and very patient with the kids.
The staff are very effective in ensuring sanitation is in place and that everyone is wearing a mask. As a parent during this pandemic, you definitely will have a peace of mind in regards to COVID safety regulations being in place.

I started taking the Mauy Thai late June. The whole staff is so kind. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and understanding. I'm glad, I discovered such a gem in the heart of Miami Shores. The atmosphere is always positive. Thank you Noel for being such an amazing coach. I've lost 10 pounds in a matter of 2 months. My time in this gym has been phenomenal. My eating habits, stamina and endurance has improved overall. I cant wait to reach my body goals.
