  I had foot pain for a year before I decided to do something about it. I truly wish I would've seen Dr. Horn sooner! I read great reviews about Dr. Horn, made an appointment and he told me I had Plantar fasciitis. He was kind and direct. I did 7 weeks of shockwave therapy, got the shoe inserts, bought the shoe he recommended and now I am 90% cured. Thank you, Dr. Horn!!

  Having seen numerous foot and ankle specialists without any luck, I decided to give Dr. Horn a try. He did shockwave on my heels and stem cells in my ankle. I am beyond excited to say that I am no longer a chronic pain patient. I would give 6/5 stars if I could.

  I'll preface this review by saying how much I dislike paying a visit to any health professional. And so, I approached this office the same way I have other offices when my wife started visiting them. Today I can say without a doubt that there's no other like Dr Horn and his staff; they simply are the best healthcare professionals I've ever encountered. I wish others would emulate what this practice does in the way they care for their patients.

  Wow, where should start? this doc is one of the best. Very compassionate and know his patients well. Very smart physician and explained everything throughly. I felt much better the minutes i walked out of the office. I will recommend to my friends and family.

  Came in with pain, left happy as a clam! Dr. Horn's professionalism and medical knowledge were second to none and the staff was kind and courteous as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good doctor!

(305) 949-4189. DR Horn treated my father for a long time so when I had an issue after a skiing accident I decided to visit him. I found him to be ultra-efficient and modest. On a funny note my son had an issue with his ankle while playing tennis and I also took him to have him treated by Dr. Horn.
