Frank and Ralph are one of the most humble, honest, capable, reliable and friendly mechanics in the North Miami area. I took my BMW 3 series to them. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, fixed it within the promised time frame, kept me informed and charged me peanuts compared to what you will pay outside. Frank said the work may take 5 hours to fix but instead it took him 3.5 hours and he charged me precisely that and his hourly rate is reasonable. For the same work, I would have paid a fortune to someone else. Frank works on BMWs, Mercedes, Jaguars, Land Rover, VW, Acura, Lexus etc. I highly recommend his expertise. Keep up the great work Frank and Ralph.
