I have been a customer of several insurance agencies over the years. But, I have never received such excellent insurance services before as I have from the Mendez M Insurance Agency! While I have never met the various staff in person - always via phone, text, or email - they make me feel important and as if I was family. Truly, they go the extra mile to help me even though I am just "small potatoes," with simple insurance needs (e.g., hazard, flood). Yet, I always end up feeling as if I was the most important client they ever had. You really cannot 'purchase' this type of outstanding service and help, much less find it randomly, from any other insurance agency - I know, I have tried. When my lender dropped the ball, Michael and the other stars at Mendez M came through for me. I am ever grateful for their work to resolve my issues. You would be foolish not to at least get them to give you a quote on whichever insurance you may need. That's how I started my relationship with the agency. Luck!

We have been with Mendez insurance for well over a decade. Probably closer to two. I've never actually spoken with the owners, but they are always copied when their staff emails us, so I know that they are involved in overseeing the daily operations. They do a fantastic job. A special shout out to Caleb, Tania, and Marc. Everyone at the office, especially those three, are friendly, professional, and responsive. I really can't say enough good things about them. As you might imagine, we've had our share unforeseen events happen over the years and the Mendez group has always been there for us to see us through the difficult times. We look forward to many more decades with Mendez insurance.
