  I took my car there because my maintenance light was on . Upon my arrival I didn’t have a appointment, I explain my issue the receptionist he introduced me to a PHENOMENAL SERVICE ADVISOR..MRS.DEE was awesome! She listened to my concerns then took out her little iPad and didn’t her job! I received a appointment that was convenient with my schedule and when I arrived for my appointment Mrs.Dee kept that same positive energy, she let me know what was about to go on, got me into a loaner, and she reach out to me with updates on my vehicle several times a day. Mrs Dee was phenomenal! She knew exactly how to deliver when it came to Lexus customer service! I love that she was determined to see her customer happy when they left Lexus because I told her… this was my first experience with this Lexus brand and so far I was having change a of mind about this Lexus. Dee said Ooh Noo let me help you and she I did.Even some features with the car I knew nothing about she explained in details about them to me. She really went above and beyond for me because I was a little discouraged about this brand all my family drive Lexus and I had a Lincoln so now thank to Mrs Dee we all on one accord! I love my new car, everything is fixe and running thanks to Mrs.Dee YOUR THE BEST SERVICE ADVISOR EVER ❤️

  I had an excellent experience at this dealer. I brought my vehicle for service and a recall matter and I was seen right on time and provided with a loaner right away. It took no more than 15 minutes to be in and out. My vehicle was ready within the same day. When I went to pick it up, it had been cleaned and I spent no more than 10 minutes for them to do the exchange. Very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism!

  Miracles do happen. I normally do not post google reviews, but I feel obligated to do so here. I grew up in a family whose family business was in the auto repair business, and I dealt with many customers who came to our shops because they were fed up with Dealerships. Since then, I have purchased Mercedes, BMWs, Toyotas, Hondas, Lexus, and found myself on the other side - the customer side - and could see right through all of the service advisor's tactics - very little has changed throughout all the years and, if anything, service advisors at dealerships (and even local garages) have gotten worse because cars are now so advanced that you seemingly need a Ph.D. to maintain and repair them, so many service advisors take advantage of the "uneducated." Dealerships are outrageously more expensive than local shops, right? Dealership service advisors try to sell you on services that you don't need, right? All Dealership service advisors are scammers, right? No, No, and No! This review is all about ONE service advisor who stands out far above the crowd and thus who deserves more praise and merit that any words can describe - and his name is LUIS RIVERA. I called a local garage that had "great reviews" on google, and I asked them for an estimate to replace the coolant fluid and hoses in my car. Then I called Lexus of Kendall and spoke with Luis. I was expecting Luis to give me an estimate that was higher than the local garage but it turned out that the local garage gave me a price that was almost DOUBLE what LUIS told me! To be honest, I thought the dealership was using the "bait and switch" tactic whereby they give you a low price on the phone, but when you actually get there, they tell you that the price is much higher for X, Y, and Z reasons. However, when I arrived at Lexus for my appointment, not only was the price the SAME as what LUIS told me over the phone, but I was surprised to hear him tell me that my hoses did NOT need to be replaced! (For the record, I knew that my hoses did not need to be replaced at that moment, but I firmly believe in preventative maintenance, but I was still very surprised to hear a Dealership service advisor tell me that I did not have to pay for replacing the hoses!) In addition to that, LUIS approved for me to have a loaner car - something that NO local garage will do. There are so many other things that LUIS did that just left me speechless - because I had never seen any other service advisor treat me so well like LUIS did. I can't comment on any other service advisor at Lexus of Kendall, but I am saying that if you ever want to get your Lexus serviced then do yourself a big favor and call LUIS RIVERA. To emphasize this further, I don't particularly care about the make of a car - it can be Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, etc. What is equally as important as the car is finding the right place to have it serviced because the cost of service over time can be noticeable in relation to the purchase price of the car. I say this because if LUIS were to ever quit working at Lexus of Kendall and work at another Lexus dealership, then I would follow him to that other Lexus dealership. And even if LUIS were to decide to work at Toyota, Mercedes, BMW, etc., then I would still follow him there! When you call the service department at Lexus of Kendall, do not let the person on the phone connect you with anyone else - MAKE SURE YOU SPEAK WITH LUIS RIVERA! - you can thank me later!

  This store was pleasant to wait while they serviced my truck. The service manager was nice and knowledgeable of Lexus service plans and options for repair. Just be prepared to leave without a limb or two depending on the service provided. Otherwise, I'm happy with the service and maintenance of my truck.
