Upon entering this retail location to make the switch to T-Mobile I was warmly greeted by Michael a sales rep in the store, where he also greeted my wife and kids with a hello and high fives. I have been doing retail for quite some time, and let me tell you this guy Mike is the best of the best and you can tell. He took his time explaining every detail from pricing, promotions, down to our final bill making us feel comfortable every step of the way. He even went the extra mile of letting us know to feel free to reach out to him for anything we may need whether it's a sale or bill problem. Now that's what I call customer service we have referred all of our friends and family to visit Michael so they can make the switch as well. It was an amazing overall experience, it felt like we were at a family member's house. Thanks Mike for making us feel at home.

This store is amazing. If you want to come to a store and get everything explained properly and have all your promos applied correctly I suggest you come to this store and activate here.
