We rented a 16 footer last year (2021) and Ken was amazing. He got us a 26 footer for the same price since none were available. I had never driven a 16 footer, and was really nervous. But Ken helped reduce the anxiety. All in all, amazing people, amazing customer service. Thank you Ken!

Penske saved me! Uhaul quoted me an outrageous price for a one way move out of state. Called these guys and Jeff saved the day. He offered me a way to be able to move that I could afford. He gave me several honest options to get this move done. Will never use any truck rental other than penske and will always recommend this company to any family or friends.

Great company! Employees were very helpful, super polite, and made the whole process very easy. One guy (Waldo) even offered to stay a bit later when we were running late to pick up the truck. What great customer service! Much better than Uhaul. I would definitely rent again from Penske.
