I have been dealing with Jordan and Daniela now for approximately 2 years. It is such a pleasure to reach out to a company that respects you and goes beyond the call of duty to assist. I am so grateful to Med-Care Infusion Services for always being available to provide me with guidance and the equipment that I have needed. This type of caring assistance without hesitation is so rare in today's society. They are a wonderful breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work.

I have nothing but the most positive experiences with MedCare. Daniella especially is an exceptional representative for the company. She is knowledgeable, kind and goes beyond what you would ever expect from any employee. On many occasions, Daniella came to our family’s rescue in securing oxygen needs for my elderly father. She makes herself accessible, even after her work day is finished, and she is one of the most compassionate and caring individuals ever. My dad needed an overnight Oxymeter test while he was in the Holy Cross Hospital in Florida. Daniella, the agent, who represented my dad and helped me went above and beyond her 'Call of Duty'. She was so helpful, kind and patient with my many questions and concerns. She made me feel very comfortable in asking/repeating questions and she is an expert in her field. She even offered her cell number to me for the weekend, if I had additional questions or concerns!! It has been a very difficult month for the health of my father, but Daniella was our 'angel' today. I was referred to MedCare by my primary care physician last month after I had my sleep study.
It’s rare these days to get good customer service and to have a good customer experience because companies are effected by Covid, however these guys are an exception.
I highly recommend these guys and can personally say that they take pride in what they do.

Daniela G. at the Med-Care office is the greatest. She is always available when I need her and very responsible. There is nobody else I trust to take care of me and my CPAP issues like Daniela.
