Island Bay Resort

What an amazing local gem! We booked a weekend stay and I can't wait to come back for longer. Family owned, friendly service. So much thoughtful detail has gone into the property and rooms. Each room has its own theme. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Resort has its own private beach on the baybwhere you can kayak, etc. Quiet, relaxing weekend. Highly recommend!

Such a gem! My husband and I spent a few days here and absolutely fell in love with this place. It’s calm, quiet, and a beautiful place to relax for a few days. Resort has charcoal barbecues, kayaks, paddle boards, lawn games, and plenty of comfortable seating for lounging.

What a well-run, intimate resort with very clean cottages. Beautiful Landscaping. Paddleboards & kayaks. We enjoyed sitting on the dock with a cocktail for sunset. The resort has a very nice beach with chairs, hammocks & outside showers. The owners are very accommodating & hospitable.

Tropical, private resort with lots of vegetation and whimsical decorations. Each cottage is unique. There are only 20 people who can stay at a time and the beach has plenty of space for all of them to be comfortable. You cannot beat the sunset views from the beach. The resort is quiet, immaculately maintained, and has lots of outdoor areas to relax. We will be staying here again if we come back to the keys!

This was such a romantic getaway for a week. The rooms were designed beautifully; giving them a tropical paradise vibe, and the hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL! The private beach was just breath taking. Especially, when you capture some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. We have decided that this is going to be our very special place, and we will come back here every chance we get. We had so much fun on the paddle boats.
Also, the restaurants and activities they recommended were amazing!

I will telling my friends that Island Bay Resort is fantastic location for a romantic getaway or vacation. Lauren was very helpful, and all her staff were
accommodating.
